Kris was absolutely fabulous, friendly, polite and courteous

Other recovery companies left me on the roadside for 10 hours, Kris called and came out to me within 45 mins, loaded the Ford Van on the truck quickly and we was on our way to Northampton in no time...

Gave me advise on how to rectify issue the next day !!
What a great guy, couldn't thank him and the company enough !!

After having a bad start to the day with my car breaking down. I was met with a very lovely breakdown recovery guy called Wayne. He was immediately concerned about my welfare as well as my car. He was very jolly, helpful and understanding, which made the whole experience more pleasant. Would like to thank Wayne for his service.

Excellent service from Beeches recovery. I was stuck down Ventura at 4.30 (worst place to stuck as it was manic down there) Wayne who was coming out to me called me to let me know how far away he was. He made sure I was okay and told me how long he would be and to go and get myself in the warm and he would let me know when he was 5 mins away which he did. When he arrived we were in a terrible bit to be broken but he did it with ease and very quick making sure at all times I was okay. Managed to get me back home and checked the issue for me. He found the fault and I am now booked in for Sunday to be taken to the garage. Being a female on my own it was lovely being reassured from start to finish. Wayne was professional, friendly and an all round nice person which is what is needed when your broken down and on your own. Massive thank you

We broke down on the way to Coventry from Lincolshire. Kris was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He checked over our car and towed us back home. I couldn't have asked for a better service. He got us home swiftly and safely. Wonderful service. I highly recommend. Absolutely cannot fault them.

I had the pleasure of being recovered by Warren from Beeches Recovery today. He was incredibly kind, patient and went above the rest to ensure my vehicle made it onto his truck safely in one piece. It was a tricky job to attend to and required specialist equipment to make recovery possible, but he was not phased by anything and was extremely resourceful to make it all happen. Warren was so professional and courteous and it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Beeches Recovery and absolutely give Warren 10/10 for his service. Thank you!!

I can’t thank beeches enough for coming to my rescue when my car broke down. It was a really stressful moment — stuck on the side of the road and not sure what to do — but from the minute I called, their team were calm, understanding, and incredibly helpful. The person on the phone reassured me straight away and kept me updated about how long it would take for help to arrive.

The recovery driver Kristin turned up even sooner than expected and was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, friendly, and professional, quickly assessed the situation, and made me feel completely at ease. Within minutes, he had my car safely loaded and explained everything he was doing, so I never felt left in the dark. You could tell he really cared about doing the job properly and making sure I was safe.

The whole process, from the first call to dropping my car off to my home address , was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers — but beeches absolutely delivered.
